from our soil
A Central Florida family farm pressing Aqua De Sapo from fresh-cut cane, growing greens hydroponically, raising raw dairy, and feeding a community that knows exactly where its food comes from.

Welcome, friend!
Farmers. Juice pressers. Costa Rican family. We grow sugar cane in sandy soil, press it the moment it's cut, and bottle it without a single preservative.
Come along with us as we grow greens without soil, keep a small herd, and set a table you're invited to sit at.

I believe good health starts in the soil, and knowing your farmer is a form of medicine.
What we grow

Aqua De Sapo, raw natural sugar, the highest electrolyte content of anything we grow, and no glucose spike.

Lettuce, arugula, kale, basil, tomatoes, plus seasonal pineapple, watermelon, mango, papaya, lemons and avocado.

From our own herd and flock. The way your grandparents' kitchen was stocked.
Our practice
01
Every ingredient comes from our own soil, greenhouse, and pasture, nothing sourced in.
02
Charcoal, eggshell calcium, compost, and locally cut wood chips. No pesticides.
03
Juice goes from cane to bottle in the same motion. Greens are cut the morning you get them.
04
Costa Rican farming traditions carried forward by our family, generation to generation.

Two gatherings every month
Come sit at our table
A farm-to-table dinner where every plate was harvested a few hundred feet away, and a monthly wellness gathering, movement, animal therapy, and honest nutrition education. This is how most of our members first found us.

Founding membership, 15 spots
Weekly produce, juice, dairy and eggs, plus access to every event on the calendar. We're opening with fifteen founding members.
