Est. on family tradition
Our story
Your Wellness Farm is a family wellness farm in Central Florida, sugar cane, hydroponic produce, dairy, eggs, and a community built around knowing exactly where food comes from.
It started with cane. Aqua, the juice of the sugar cane grown right here on the farm, pressed the moment it's cut.
In Costa Rica, where our family's farming traditions come from, that drink has a name and a place in daily life. It's not a novelty; it's hydration, energy, and celebration. When we realized the same cane would grow in Florida's sandy soil, we wanted the lost art back, and not just as a drink, but as syrup, as sweetener, as the highest-electrolyte thing we could put in a bottle.
What we didn't expect was how many people wanted more from the farm than juice. We opened up for a social wellness gathering and were approached by chefs, by Marines, by trainers and nutritionists, people already living the values we farm by. They took interest in the history we were bringing back. That's when the farm became a wellness farm.
The problem we're solving
Food in the US isn't what it used to be. Processing, dyes, frozen shelves that stretch for aisles, none of it holds the same nutritional value, and almost none of it tells you where it came from. That creates real feelings: frustration, confusion, suspicion.
Our answer is small and stubborn. Make the soil right. Grow food on it. Harvest it daily. Hand it to people who live nearby, and teach them what they're eating and why it matters. A farm can be a sanctuary for health, for the body, and for the mind and soul too.
We're also here to give back the ancestral knowledge that got taken away. There is so much false information about diet. Understanding natural sugar, how it behaves, where it belongs, is a good place to start.

If we have access to good food, we get more creative with it, and we start knowing it's real.
What guides every decision
Three generations of farming knowledge, still in use every day.
Food chosen for what it does for the body, mind, and soul.
Members, neighbors, and everyone who shows up to the table.
Central Florida soil, Central Florida hands, Central Florida tables.
Harvested daily. Nothing preserved, nothing padded.
Come walk the rows. Ask anything. Nothing here is hidden.
